Return & Exchange Instructions

If you aren't satisfied with your SolderAlchemy purchase, we offer hassle-free and complimentary returns within 7 days of delivery.            

Step 1: Please contact us via email at   [email protected] to ensure your return is not missed. We will provide the return address in the email.            

Step 2: Please pack the item(s) carefully and provide the tracking number after shipping.            

Step 3: Once we receive the package, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.            

Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy              

1. Order Cancellation  

Each piece is handcrafted after your order is placed, and production usually takes 3–5 business days before shipping.

You may cancel your order before it is shipped, as long as the cancellation request is made within the timeframe allowed on our website.

Once your cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

2. Return & Exchange Conditions  

The time frame for return or exchange must not exceed 7 days from when the original order was received.

All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches, wear, or any alteration (including resizing).

If the return is due to quality issues or other faults on SolderAlchemy’s part, the shipping fee will be refunded and return shipping costs will be reimbursed.

Otherwise, shipping fees are non-refundable.
